As the Senior Relations Manager for NY NOW, you will likely find her on the floor, zipping up and down the aisles, or out on the city streets, talking business, products, and retailer needs, to helping introduce the Market to potential new brands. She just loves to play matchmaker between vendors and buyers in the world of design and décor. You can look to her for insights on shifting global patterns that impact the way we work and shape the future of business from retail to tradeshows. She also leads into partnerships with important associations like MSA (museums), the GCA (greeting cards) to help link them with makers and producers and the New York Chapter of the IFDA (Furnishings and Design).
Amy is completely immersed in our industry. She’s experienced in managing stores and districts, creating new programming, leading successful teams, developing strategic business plans and making important partnerships along the way. Her passion for products led her into purchasing for iconic NYC Stores and organizations, from 1 door to 130. Whether she was buying greeting cards and invitations, homewares, tabletop, or textiles, she was enamored with everything from paper to cement and the impact they made on my business.
She considers herself to be a champion for people, for product and paving new lanes for mutually beneficial and treasured relationships that celebrate our love for what we do and why we do it. This is her past, her present and her future.
