Register for Staff Badges
As the NY NOW Summer Market Contract Contact for your company, you will receive an email from: NYNOWShowTeam@nynow.com with a unique company login to the Exhibitor Badge Portal where you will register yourself and your staff. For additional support, please contact support@nynow.com

Insurance Requirements
NY NOW® Management requires each exhibiting company and Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to carry general liability insurance, automotive liability (if applicable), and workmen’s compensation coverage.
Additional insured should be listed as follows: Rockview Management, NY NOW 2026, Freeman, and the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
If you don’t have insurance that meets the requirements, insurance can be procured from the Marsh Total Event Exhibitor Insurance Program with whom a special group rate has been negotiated. Exhibitors will not be able to set up until we receive your insurance certificate.
