WHO WE ARE

Rockview Management Group, new owners of NY NOW, was formed in 2026 for the sole purpose of acquiring the NY NOW show. Co-owners Dorothy Belshaw, Bill Lacey, and Karen Olson are long-time industry professionals who shared a vision of rebuilding this show around a single goal of creating a modern, commercially relevant marketplace that delivers quality connections and measurable business results for the entire wholesale community.

One of the first steps was to pull together a team of people who know the industry, the people, the products and care about our shared success.

The Team

Dorothy Belshaw

CEO & Co-Owner, Rockview Management Group Inc.

Our fearless leader brings more than 33 years of gift and tradeshow experience to our small but mighty team. She has deep understanding and strong relationships across the gift and home industries and has been a trusted advisor to many along the way. When not working, you will find Dorothy skiing, ocean swimming, cooking, attending son George’s jazz band concerts, and visiting daughters Martha and Alice in Boulder and London. Happy Place = in nature (forests, mountains, canyons, deserts, beaches)

William (Bill) Lacey

CFO & Co-Owner, Rockview Management Group Inc.

With more than 30 years as CFO of both publicly-held and private equity backed companies across manufacturing, distribution and real estate, Bill is more than just a numbers guy. He brings operational expertise, leadership and strategic growth experience to the team. In his free time, Bill tries to keep up with his 3 grandsons. Happy Place = Happy Hour in the yard with my family.

Karen Olson

CMO & Co-Owner, Rockview Management Group Inc.

More than 28 years of Karen’s career have been dedicated to the gift, home and tradeshow industries, after several years on the agency side of the world. She has proven experience in rebranding and innovative marketing and growth strategies. Life balance for Karen includes, family, tennis, golf and more recently exploring her new homebase in Charlotte. Happy Place = Beach, any beach.

Renae Brown

VP, Business Operations

Renae brings more than 13 years of experience in the gift and home tradeshow industry, following a career in corporate finance. She thrives behind the scenes, focused on data analytics, systems, process improvement and strategic operations. She’s passionate about helping our team work smarter and more efficiently, which usually involves a detailed spreadsheet. Based in Atlanta with her husband and three daughters, Renae spends most of her non-working hours cheering from the sidelines at their sporting events. Happy place = anywhere she can curl up with a good book.

Ashley Ciofrone

Senior Manager, Customer Success

Ashley brings 13 years of experience in the gift, home and tradeshow industry across multiple categories. She has played a vital part of NY NOW throughout these years in building & fostering relationships and supporting brands in their growth & development. She is passionate about driving brand success and customer experience. Outside of the industry Ashley lives in the Hudson Valley with her husband and two girls. She enjoys spending time outdoors, creating memories with her family, discovering & exploring new places, and watching her girls dance or cheer on the weekends. Her happy place is outdoors, preferably on a beach.

Christian Falkenberg

Operations

With more than 25 years in the trade show business, Christian has worked across a wide range of industries and in a variety of roles. Fortunate to work with and learn from many great minds, he draws on that collective expertise in his current operations role. Christian and his wife live in New York, close enough to their three adult children to see them frequently. His happiest places are the mountains and hanging with family and friends.

Michelle Karol

VP, Business Development

Bringing more than 18 years of experience in the gift and home industry, Michelle has played an integral role in the growth and development of leading tradeshows across the country. Her expertise spans handmade, gift, luxury and kitchen & table categories, where she is passionate about cultivating strong partnerships, supporting brand growth and creating impactful industry experiences. A strong believer in work-life balance, she enjoys spending time boating and fishing with her husband and sons, cheering on sports from the sidelines, and keeping up with the family’s new Australian Labradoodle puppy. Happy place = on the water.

Leanna Worrall

VP, Business Development

Leanna brings over 20 years of experience in the gift, home, and trade show industry, blending exhibiting experience with deep expertise in trade show sales/operations, and permanent showroom market leasing. She’s known for her energetic, relationship driven approach and dedication to helping brands grow and adapt in an evolving industry. Off the show floor, she’s a mom of two, loves live music, meaningful travel and any quiet moment outdoors with a good book. She lives outside Atlanta with her husband and kids.

Sarah Zeigler

Content & Communications Lead

With over eight years of experience in the gift & home industries, Sarah brings a background in marketing communications with a passion for brand storytelling and customer experience. She’s based in Atlanta with her husband and two golden retrievers, and her happy place is traveling somewhere fun, cheering on Atlanta sports teams, or spending time with family & friends. Her guilty pleasure is keeping up with pop culture!
