THE WINTER MARKET: FEB 2 – 4, 2025, JAVITS CENTER

WHITE PLAINS, NY, April 18, 2014… Increased global representation and an expanded exhibit floor will be among highlights of the summer 2014 edition of Artisan Resource®, a first of-its-kind market offering U.S.-based volume importers, direct import retailers and wholesalers the opportunity to meet with international artisanal producers. The fifth semi-annual Artisan Resource will run Saturday, August 16, through Tuesday, August 19, at New York City’s Passenger Ship Terminal Pier 94, in conjunction with NY NOW™, The Market for Home + Lifestyle (formerly NYIGF®).

“Artisan Resource has more than doubled in size since its inception in 2012, with exhibitors now representing nearly 30 countries, and the summer show will welcome a record nine government-sponsored pavilions,” said Allison Garafalo, Artisan Resource sales manager. “We’ve signed on more than 100 exhibiting companies so far, presenting a broad spectrum of products and artisanal production capabilities for decorative accessories, personal accessories and apparel, home textiles, tableware and more.”

To date, companies participating in Artisan Resource represent 27 countries, with several more expected to confirm before the show opens in August.
